Terms of Use for Free Stock

These terms of use are for the images and content I, Amanda Christine, offer as Free, downloadable stock images, classified as "Resources & Stock Images" on DeviantArt.com.

All said images are for non-commercial/non-premium personal use under the following terms and conditions:
• Significantly alter or add to the images
• (If you upload to DeviantArt.com): Put a link to the original image and/or my DeviantArt profile in the deviation's description
• (If you upload off-site): Credit me somewhere on or near your work (link back to aipstock.deviantart.com)
• I have personal non-commercial/non-premium rights to all work that uses my stock

Permitted:
• Using the images as art references (you may also use Premium Content for references without purchasing IF you credit and share)
• Commercial or premium content use of works which used my images as REFERENCES (no using any actual parts of the original images)

Prohibited:
• Re-posting or redistributing the original images in any way
• Commercial/premium content use of works that display the the original images without prior consent from me (see below)
• Claiming the original images as your own
• Using the images to make other stock
• Using the original images for anything illegal, degrading, or pornographic

Commercial Use:
If you would like to use your work for commercial/premium content use, email me at amanda.c.merchant@gmail.com for approval and compensation negotiation. I hate the right to deny commercial/premium content use for any reason.
